We had an awesome stay with our family of 16, plenty of room for everyone. Everything was as advertised. Upon our arrival we were met by Mark who was absolutely the best. He was the best host I’ve ever worked with (we’ve been vacationing over 35 years). He was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our arrival and any question during our stay. He walked us through the house and explained everything we would need to know and made sure all the codes (garage, house, bikes) were working. The beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning was great. Thanks for letting us share your house and making our family vacation so memorable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spiaggia in Destin. We had 13 friends and family stay with us, and the location was perfect. Everyone had a comfortable bed and privacy in this enormous house. The layout was ideal for the 3 families. We were able to have large meals together, yet when the adult “kids” needed their time apart from the parents, they had their own space on the lower level with a full kitchen and game room. The house was clean upon our arrival, and Mark was there to greet us and review important items during check-in. The process was quick, and communication with Mark was easy via text. The best part of the rental, however, was the private beachfront access. We literally woke up, walked out of the back door, and were on the private beach—beach chairs set up and waiting for us! I will never schlep a bag across the street again to get to the beach! We have been spoiled. We would definitely rent Spiaggia again!

The house was everything and more we expected! Perfect for our larger group of 17. Mark greeted us and gave us a quick tour of the property at check-in. He was also great to work with at booking. We didn’t experience any negativity with HOA except the pool was not heated during a very chilly week. The owners should really have some exact dates in place for pool heating as we were told different things. Other than that we had a near perfect week! Don’t hesitating booking with Mark – he was so nice and easy to work with!
