The 35th Annual Sandestin Wine Festival has been named the “Best Annual Event” by Destin Magazine for a reason.

The long-running event attracts wine aficionados, celebrity chefs, and restaurateurs to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for four days of all things food and wine. This year’s Sandestin Wine Festival will take place from April 15 to 18.

The party officially kicks off Thursday, April 15 with Rum Runners and local distillery, Timber Creek. The big event starts on Friday evening at the Village at Baytowne Wharf at 5 p.m. The Grand Wine Tastings showcase more than 500 international and domestic wines, and gourmet appetizers from the Emerald Coasts’ best chefs. Look for the ‘Savor South Walton’ tents for food located throughout the Grand Tasting event.
