Destin Harbor Boardwalk (HarborWalk) – walk the harbor after 5:00 p.m., see the fishing boats come in and all their fish, rock climbing, zip line, shops, restaurants, music, etc.
Baytowne Wharf (Sandestin) – same as harbor area, but on the bay. https://www.baytownewharf.com/
Rent a pontoon boat – see the harbor from the water, see the dolphins in the East Pass, spend the day on Crab Island (Gilligan’s Watersports rentals offers great rates and good service)
Drive 30A – See the old 2-lane beach road along the Gulf. Lunch at Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, ice cream at Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, walk thru Grayton Beach, stop at Seaside and see the beautiful planned community, then down to Alys Beach (all white buildings, houses), and finally Rosemary Beach (german architecture on the beach). Take Hwy 98 back to Destin.
