The heart of the home can be found on the second floor, and features a desirable open concept living space that combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The rear wall consists of windows and doors for maximum access to natural sunlight and views of the Gulf. These doors lead to a large balcony for outdoor dining and relaxing. The gas grill is located on this balcony.

The second floor features the main kitchen, which offers stunning granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances and utensils that you will need during your stay, including 2 drip coffee machines, and one Keurig coffee maker. There is also a built-in wine cooler with a stainless steel frame and a glass door that lets you see what’s inside without having to open it.

There are two bedrooms on this floor, a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a bunkroom with twin beds.

The half bathroom is tucked away near the elevator on this floor.
