Beautiful beachfront home.

The house was everything and more we expected! Perfect for our larger group of 17. Mark greeted us and gave us a quick tour of the property at check-in. He was also great to work with at booking. We didn’t experience any negativity with HOA except the pool was not heated during a very chilly week. The owners should really have some exact dates in place for pool heating as we were told different things. Other than that we had a near perfect week! Don’t hesitating booking with Mark – he was so nice and easy to work with!

When we looked at the photos we figured the place was going to be beautiful. It was everything we imagined and more. The views are incredible and the neighborhood is amazing. Since it is a high end gated community we were concerned it may be a hassle getting in and out. It was not at all. We were giving a key code to get in but rarely needed to use it since there was a guard in the shack 90% of the time. As soon as he seen us pull in he had the gate opening already and we received a friendly wave. Check in was smooth and Mark did an excellent job with communication. He made sure we had everything we needed and said he is always just a phone call away. He really went above and beyond. The only minor hiccup was on the first morning we found out there was no hot water on one of the floors. I called Mark and he had someone there in a couple of hours and the problem was fixed immediately. He even offered us a late checkout and extended day for the trouble since they did not have guests coming for a few days after we left. We took him up on the late checkout. The weather didn’t cooperate for us but we knew this was a possibility since we were going in February. Staying here though made up for it and we enjoyed our time very much. Hoping to come back soon. The entire experience could not have been better!

We loved staying at Spiaggia! This was my second time staying at this beautiful beach house. Plenty of space for our large group and so fun to gather on the decks each morning and evening. Of course, being able to walk straight outside to the beach and getting your toes in the sand is the absolute best!!
5 star experience!!

The home was nice and plenty of room for everyone. The linens where old and not fresh smelling. I even washed some but did not help. Would recommend people to bring there own..I know I will if I return

A few items to consider; wasp nest under outside shower bench, lounge chairs on 2nd floor are rusted and broken, 3 of 4 bikes had at least 1 flat tire, towels were not distributed well throughout house….no hand towels in bathrooms and pillow cases not available for extra pillows.
